Returns

We accept returned goods within 14 days of the delivered goods. Follow the instructions below:

1. Fill out the return form and add it along with the garment. Garments that are returned must be new, unused with the price tag and hang tags left.

2. We welcome your garment in the same package, then getting the right protection and recognizable on the way back. Please use the enclosed return label. If you choose to return the garment in a different way, the garment is sent with the tracking, ie. registered by mail or by DHL, Schenker, UPS.

3. Please note that it may take 3-4 working days before the package reaches our warehouse.

4. The customer is your responsibility for the shipping of the returned item to altewai.saome. Items lost in transportation will not be refunded.
